How old do I have to be to order delivery?

Recreational customers are able to order cannabis delivery with a valid government ID proving you are over the age of 21.

Medical customers are able to order cannabis delivery with a valid government ID proving you are over the age of 18 AND a valid medical marijuana card issued in the state of California.

What forms of ID are accepted?

Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport can work as a valid form of identification. Your ID must be valid and have a future expiration date in order to be accepted.

What is your delivery range?

Strain offers local delivery to the Los Angeles communites of Chatsworth, San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Canoga Park, Granada Hills, Northridge Moor Park, Porter Ranch, Reseda and Balboa.

Do I have to create an account to order delivery?

Yes, Fill up your shopping cart and you’ll be prompted to create an account during checkout. When you come back to order cannabis delivery again, just login and all your account details will be saved. 

May I tip the driver?

Tips are appreciated, but not required. Our team works hard to provide you with five star service and we are grateful for any gratuity that you contribute. 

Do I sign up if I am a returning customer?

If you are a returning customer with Strain then you’re already signed up. You just need to create a password. The easiest way to do this is go to Menu Tab, tap Sign In, Submit your phone number (w/area code), and tap Send me a one time use password. That’s it! Strain will text you your temporary password and your in! Be sure to tap update your profile in the menu screen so that you can save your own password next time.

How do I choose in-store, pick up or delivery?

Once you have signed up and logged in. Simply add items to your cart and tap the Checkout button at the top of your menu. Once you are in the Checkout screen, you will see two options underneath the Order Type field, Delivery or Pickup, just tap the one that applies before the order is placed and you’re all set.

What happens after I've placed my order?

A Strain representative will contact you via text once your order is confirmed and notify you when your order is ready for Pick Up or Delivery. You will also receive an email notification of your total at your registered email.

What types of payment methods are accepted at Strain?

At Strain we currently accept Cash or Debit for both In-Store Pickup and Delivery.

How can I redeem a promotional code?

Once you’re signed in, just add items to your Shopping Cart and tap Check Out. You can apply all valid promo codes in the checkout screen prior to your purchase.
